Right of that bat, looking at the LUSH BOOM! Toothy Tabs I was pretty scared! specially looking at the ingredients. But I was also very intrigued, as I’ve seen a few products containing charcoal, that claim to clean and whiten your teeth better than your average toothpaste.
What are LUSH BOOM! Toothy Tabs?
These interesting little tabs is a product used to clean your teeth. The tabs are packed with detoxifying ingredients like powdered charcoal and gunpowder tea. It contain ingredients such as black pepper oil and ground chili which create a gentle warmth, creating that BOOM! These tabs are cola-flavoured and packed full of baking soda, charcoal and kaolin lay to clean and polish teeth. This product is also vegan, animal friendly and the packing is 100% recyclable!
Charcoal is known for drawing out unwanted impurities, you may have seen this in viral charcoal masks. The charcoal used in skincare products is ground down until its really fine, its that fine texture that makes the charcoal so absorbent. This makes the powdered charcoal ideal for removing stains from your teeth. Beauty bloggers and vloggers have been recommending charcoal products for whitening teeth for years, so its about time I gave it a go!
Testing the tabs?
When I first started chewing the tab, I was definitely overwhelmed with the flavour! it has a strange almost spiced cola flavour, which definitely lived up to the name BOOM. The flavour definitely took some getting used to, and the strange colour! but after it was all rinsed out of my mouth, my teeth felt SUPER clean! I can honestly say my teeth felt cleaner using this product that using an ordinary toothpaste.
I have now been using this product for three weeks, I can say I have fallen in love with it! even though the taste definitely isn’t for the faint hearted, the product really did make my teeth feel really clean! This product definitely did what it said it would do, it has removed stains from my teeth and my teeth definitely look whiter! I will definitely been buying this product again!
